Website use, service engagement and third-party platform terms.
These terms explain how HYHUB’s website materials, proposals and service relationships should be understood. They are intentionally scoped to the services HYHUB offers and do not claim terms outside that scope.
A website visit is not a signed service engagement.
Formal service obligations are created through accepted proposals, statements of work, service schedules, support terms or other signed commercial documents.
Website use
The HYHUB website is provided for information, business enquiry and service discovery purposes. Visitors must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious content or rely on marketing summaries as substitutes for formal project scoping.
Service scope and proposals
Consulting, implementation, procurement support and managed service obligations are defined in written commercial documents. Those documents control deliverables, response commitments, exclusions, payment terms, project assumptions and acceptance criteria.
Third-party platforms and dependencies
Where HYHUB works with AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Cisco, Oracle, Odoo, Sage or other third-party providers, the client’s use of those platforms is also governed by the applicable vendor terms, policies, support lifecycles and service levels.
Confidentiality, security and client obligations
HYHUB treats client information as confidential within the project scope, but clients remain responsible for providing lawful instructions, approving access, maintaining accurate system ownership information and meeting any sector-specific obligations not expressly delegated to HYHUB in writing.
No legal or regulatory guarantee
HYHUB can support security, governance and compliance-related work, but it does not automatically assume the role of legal counsel, statutory auditor or regulator. Final legal and sector-specific compliance responsibilities remain with the client unless a written engagement says otherwise.
