Support and compliance

Support obligations, vendor dependencies and the standards HYHUB works against.

HYHUB provides advisory, implementation and managed IT services. When a client solution uses third-party cloud, infrastructure or business platforms, the underlying platform terms and support rules continue to apply alongside HYHUB’s own scoped obligations.

Consultations now run through the request form.

Use the contact page form to share your brief and HYHUB will review it, confirm availability and respond with the next steps.

HYHUB scope

What HYHUB supports directly

Consulting, environment reviews, migration planning, implementation, documentation, managed IT services and operational coordination where those items are included in the signed scope.

Vendor scope

What vendors still govern

The underlying cloud, software, hardware and platform commitments remain governed by the provider’s own terms, service levels, support lifecycle and acceptable use rules.

Client scope

What the client remains responsible for

Lawful data use, sector-specific obligations, approval of access decisions, commercial approvals, internal governance and any compliance duties not explicitly delegated to HYHUB in writing.

International and national reference points relevant to HYHUB’s services.

These references inform how HYHUB approaches security, support and service governance. They are guidance and contractual reference points, not blanket claims that every client environment is automatically certified or compliant.

Nigeria data protection and national obligations

The primary national privacy and data handling reference for HYHUB website and service operations is the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, supported by guidance from the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Sector-specific rules may also apply for banking, public sector, health, telecoms or education engagements.

Cybersecurity and operational frameworks

HYHUB aligns security and governance thinking to practical frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework 2.0 and the CIS Controls v8.1, especially for risk governance, prioritized safeguards and operational improvement planning.

Important limitation

This page is operational guidance, not formal legal advice. Where a client needs a sector-specific legal opinion, statutory filing, regulator engagement or binding compliance certification, that must be handled through the appropriate internal governance and legal channels.
