Pricing and engagement models

Commercial structure that matches how real infrastructure work is bought.

HYHUB does not pretend complex environments fit a flat package. This page explains the main ways organisations engage the team, the scope logic behind each model, and how to start the right conversation.

No invented figures. Clear commercial logic.

Discovery work is fixed-scope. Delivery is milestone-based. Managed IT services are structured as monthly support retainers. Pricing in each model is shaped by environment complexity and scope.

Three ways to work with HYHUB.

Each model is designed around a specific stage or need — from early-stage reviews through to full project delivery and long-term managed support.

Advisory sprint

Assess before you buy or migrate

Fixed scope

Best for organisations at the decision-making stage — before a migration, procurement cycle or compliance review. HYHUB reviews the environment, identifies gaps and provides a clear directional recommendation.

  • Environment review and discovery session
  • Architecture direction and priority recommendations
  • Vendor and platform fit assessment
  • Written summary with next-step options

Managed IT services

Ongoing operations support

Monthly retainer

Best for organisations that need continuous technical ownership without building an internal IT team. HYHUB manages monitoring, support, vendor coordination and operational tuning on an ongoing basis.

  • Monitoring, service support and issue response
  • Vendor coordination and licence management
  • Procurement follow-through and operational tuning
  • Works standalone or after a delivery project

Pricing questions answered directly.

Because infrastructure, compliance and procurement needs vary heavily by sector, scale and current technical condition. Publishing a single number would either mislead clients into underscoping their work or overpricing straightforward situations. HYHUB shapes commercial terms around actual scope.

For some advisory work, yes. For deeper delivery and managed IT services, HYHUB usually needs a short discovery pass first to properly scope the environment. This is included in the advisory sprint model.

Yes. Many clients start with a delivery project and then move into a managed IT services retainer once the environment is stable. HYHUB can structure a phased commercial arrangement that covers both stages.

HYHUB does not impose a formal minimum, but the advisory sprint model tends to be the right starting point for smaller or earlier-stage requirements. Managed IT retainers typically involve a minimum monthly commitment reflecting the level of cover agreed.

Indicative proposals are typically shared within five business days of a completed consultation session. Full project scopes that require environment discovery may take a few additional days to finalise with the right level of detail.

Send HYHUB your current environment, priorities and timeline.

Describe the systems involved, what is not working and whether you need advisory help, project delivery or ongoing support. The more context, the more useful the response.
