HYHUB currently offers two consultation formats: Virtual via Google Meet and Call via WhatsApp. Select the format that suits your needs in the booking form.

well yes, ONSITE visits can be done but it has to be after first consultation to give a contextual understanding of the requirements of an organization prior to an onsite visit

Virtual and call consultations are scheduled 5 business days from your submission date and held remotely. On-site visits are field engagements at your location — FCT–Abuja and Lagos clients are scheduled 10–15 business days after consultation, while all other states are 20–25 business days after consultation.

On-site dates are drawn from a live availability pool for your state.

HYHUB does not publish a universal consultation fee. Some discovery-stage advisory sessions are included as part of scoping for larger projects. The booking form is the right starting point — HYHUB will clarify what applies to your situation during the review.

Following the session, HYHUB will send a written summary covering what was discussed, any recommended next steps, and where relevant, a proposal or project scope for review. Most summaries are delivered within 48 hours of the session.
